Once you contact us, we'll arrange a property visit at your convenience to assess its potential and discuss your specific needs. We'll then provide you with a tailored offer, detailing the guaranteed rent we'll pay, along with any proposed refurbishment plans. Once the agreement is in place, we'll handle everything - from preparing the property to managing tenants/guests, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you. You'll receive consistent rental income from day one, with no further effort required. 
If, for any reason, we are unable to take on your property, we will do our best to refer you to a trusted partner in our network who may be able to meet your needs.

  • We offer a fixed rental income every month for the full duration of our agreement, regardless of occupancy.

    Rent payments typically begin after a 1 or 2 week preparation period, as agreed by both parties. This period allows us to ensure the property is ready for occupancy.

  • We invest in a full cosmetic refurbishment to enhance your property's appeal, improving its market value and guest or tenant satisfaction. All expenses on us.

  • We carefully vet all guests or tenants, ensuring only responsible and respectful individuals stay in your property.

  • We handle all day-to-day management and maintenance issues, alongside regular cleaning, ensuring your property is well-cared for.

  • At end end of our contract, you have flexible options: renew the agreement, take back your property, or sell it, all on your terms.
